Heat speeds up the metabolism, so if you eat a lot of peppers, you should be able to have chocolate cake for breakfast 😉 Am-I-Right?
Cayenne Peppers do well even if you aren’t that great at remembering to water them and they do better in warmer climates. If you don’t exactly have a green thumb, here are some tips to get you started:
TIPS & TRICKS
- Sow seeds ~6weeks before planting outdoor, and if you do live in a cold climate, plant them in pots so you can move them around.
- Keep plants around 18 inches apart and in full glory of the sun
- This pepper prefers soil that isn’t too heavy on the nitrogen
- You don’t need too many plants…unless you plan on eating hundreds of peppers that is. One plant produces ~50 peppers, so you don’t need to fill your garden with them.
- Cut peppers from the stem instead of twisting them off.
USES
-Having a high amount of ESSENTIAL MINERALS, even if you only have a small amount of cayenne pepper, it would supply a good level of copper, iron, manganese, magnesium, selenium, and zinc.
-Helps you sweat out a FEVER
–THINS MUCUS in the lungs
-Reduce FOOT PAIN by adding pepper to your socks! (Just make sure you don’t have any little cuts before you do!)
-Cayenne can be used to treat ULCERS, as it stops bleeding, but it can be painful if too large of a dose is taken. Definitely, work with a doctor when treating any serious condition at home with natural remedies.

*Do not use cayenne pepper if you are pregnant or nursing. Check with a doctor if you use other medications as cayenne pepper may not react well with some drugs.
